  • Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to craft compelling ad copy.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.

    • Develop and execute innovative ad strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.

    • Write engaging and effective ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and target audience.

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

    • Conduct audience research and targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.

    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing ad creatives.

    • Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and drive conversions.

    • Stay current with social media advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.

    • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within client constraints.

    • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for digital advertising campaigns, including all other ads.

    • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform copywriting.

    • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.

  • Work Environment & Location: This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from home. Our agency promotes a flexible work environment where creativity and results are prioritized over traditional office hours.

  • Knowledge (Education, Experience):

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    • Experience:

      • Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media advertising.

      • Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media ad campaigns.

      • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and other social media ad platforms.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.

    • Proficiency in using social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to improve campaign performance.

    • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience conducting A/B tests.
