CRO & Data Specialist
Job Title: CRO & Data Analyst (Secondary job: Marketing Automation Specialist)
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRO & Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting & analyzing marketing data, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing marketing automation processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in CRO strategies, and familiarity with marketing automation tools to enhance overall campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve website and campaign conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify the most effective strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRO and marketing automation.

- Knowledge (Education, Experience):
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in data analysis, CRO, or marketing automation.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and implementing successful marketing automation strategies.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Optimize, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using analytics and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and Google Optimize.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve campaign performance.
Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience conducting A/B tests.
Understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends.
