  • Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for various advertising campaigns. This role requires a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and other promotional materials.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure visual alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

    • Create and optimize ad creatives that drive user engagement and improve campaign performance.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative process fresh and innovative.

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

    • Conduct regular reviews and updates of design assets to ensure they remain current and effective.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative solutions for advertising campaigns.

    • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are optimized for various digital platforms.

  • Work Environment & Location: This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from home. Our agency promotes a flexible work environment where creativity and results are prioritized over traditional office hours.

  • Knowledge (Education, Experience):

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    • Experience:

      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, illustration design or motion design.

      • Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across various digital platforms.

      • Experience creating designs for digital advertising, including display and social media ads.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.

    • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

    • Creativity and the ability to develop unique and engaging visual concepts.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team and present design ideas.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

    • Understanding of digital advertising best practices and design requirements for various platforms.

    • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
