  • Job Title: PPC & Display Ads Specialist

  • Job Summary: We need a detail-oriented and analytical PPC & Display Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC and display advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage PPC and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various display networks.

    • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.

    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

    • Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

    • Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.

    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and display advertising.

    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.

    • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within client constraints.

  • Work Environment & Location: This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. Our agency values a flexible work environment where creativity and results are prioritized over traditional office hours

  • Knowledge (Education, Experience):

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    • Experience:

      • Minimum of 1 year of experience in PPC and display advertising.

      • Proven track record of managing successful PPC and display campaigns.

      • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display advertising platforms.



  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    • Proficiency in using digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to improve campaign performance.

    • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience conducting A/B tests.
